Audience Feedback
At the top of the page is the rough cut of our music video, and below it is the audience feedback for it. We selected two boys and two girls to collect qualatitive data for the results. Having both members of each gender also allowed us to finally create a media product that satisfied the wants and needs of both these audiences and therefore ensured we have a video that is appealing to mass audiences. The results we gained from these interviews was extremely positive, as the video was labelled as "humorous" and "well done". This was promising but we also wanted criticism so we could improve onto the final cut. We received this in the form of comments stating how the typography may have beeen seen as not blending in with the rest of the video. At the beginning where the title of the song is shown the font is Black in colour, this was again later stated by Lewis. Lewis made another point in pointing out that towards the end when the camera was focusing on the characters dancing, the handling was slightly shaky and this ruined the professionalism and neatness from the video. We took all this and much more into consideration when we were editing for the final cut of the video, the feedback above was very helpful to us as it showed us how people may perceive the slightest changes and how these changes may affect the quality the audience sees within the video.
